Robert Steubing
Registered Professional Land Surveyor

Robert has been licensed in the state of Texas since 2002. Working his way up from rodman to crew chief, Robert attended University of Texas School of Engineering while working full time and pursuing his licensure with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Surveyors. Robert prides himself on his dedication to accuracy and thoroughness.
Brittany Steubing
Surveyor In Training/FAA Drone Pilot
Brittany graduated from Texas Lutheran University in 2015 with her Bachelor’s in Marketing, then continued her education at Austin Community College so that she could obtain her Surveyor In Training licensure. While in school, Brittany worked as a rodman, party chief and survey tech for Holt Carson Surveying. She is currently pursuing her RPLS licensure while working full-time in both the field and office. She recently obtained her FAA Part 107 license, and flies our drone missions for LIDAR topographic survey projects.
Brynda Fowler
Operations Manager/Consultant
Brynda graduated from Southwest Texas State University a long time ago with a degree in Accounting. Working for over 20 years as a manager and controller for retail, food service and oil and gas companies, she started working as a surveyor in the field and office in 2018. Brynda works in the office as the scheduler, manager and community liason for all of our products and services. Brynda processes all of our drone LIDAR data and ensures everything in the office runs smoothly. She is well-versed in all of the rules and regulations for subdivision platting for the cities and counties in our service area and meets on a regular basis with our community leaders to advocate for property owners.
Joe Steubing
Surveyor In Training, Construction Project Manager/FAA Drone Pilot
Joe is a native Texan, and returning home from sunny California, where he has spent the last few years in farming and agriculture. Joe has worked in surveying for the past 11 years, and currently holds an LSIT. He is currently pursuing his RPLS licensure while working full-time in both the field and office. Joe is our construction staking expert, having spent the majority of his surveying time performing small and large construction projects. From utility staking to building layout, he has done it all. He recently obtained his FAA Part 107 license, which he will be able to use for project monitoring and LiDAR projects.
Korbin Fowler
Survey Tech/FAA Drone Pilot
Korbin joined us in 2022, and his work as a survey tech involves processing data obtained in the field for plat preparation and analysis by the RPLS. He researches property deeds and other records necessary to prepare data for the field crew to use in their day-to-day survey duties. Korbin recently obtained his FAA Part 107 license, and flies our drone missions to prepare LIDAR topographic surveys.
Kenneth Olson
Crew Chief
Kenneth started in 2022 and performs field work on a daily basis. Kenneth is a Marine veteran and has over 30 years of experience in surveying in Texas. Kenneth uses Trimble equipment to gather data, locate improvements and record observations made in the field to assist the RPLS in boundary analysis. Kenneth works on boundary surveys and topographic surveys and regularly talks to members of the community to assess their surveying needs and tell them how we can help.
Warren Cooper
Crew Chief
Warren came to us from Georgia in 2020. Warren is a U.S. Army veteran which allowed him to gain a wide variety of experiences. As a crew chief, Warren works on boundary surveys, topographic surveys and is currently learning to work in the office as well. Using the latest and greatest Trimble equipment, Warren goes out daily to gather data, locate improvements and record observations made in the field to assist the RPLS in boundary analysis.
Connor Ray
Surveyor In Training
Connor graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University in 2015 with a degree in Engineering Science. He takes the data obtained in the field and creates drawings and plats in our CAD program for review by the RPLS. Connor is an expert in the subdivision and platting processes for the counties in our service area, and has prepared subdivision plats from two lots to hundreds of lots.
